A bright and friendly non-smoking holiday apartment for two awaits you. High-quality wall coverings and carpeting create a cosy atmosphere – and from the generous balcony you can enjoy a wonderful view into the garden.

The apartment is on the first floor of our two-family house in Wesel-Büderich. You can park directly in front of the house. Büderich lies on the left bank of the Rhine, around 5 km from Wesel and around 15 km from the Roman town of Xanten.

We are Günther & Elisabeth Nehnes and live in the house ourselves – if you have any questions or wishes, we're here for you in person.

How far is it to the Rhine dyke and the cycle path?

The Rhine dyke is just a few minutes' walk away – ideal for bike rides and strolls. The Rheinradweg (Rhine cycle path) and the NiederrheinRoute run right along the Rhine.

Can I charge my e-bike and store it securely?

Yes. Bicycles and e-bikes can be stored securely in our garage and charged free of charge.

For how many people and how long can I book?

The apartment is designed for 2 people and can be booked from as few as 2 nights.

What is included in the price?

Heating, bed linen, towels and the final cleaning are already included. Wi-Fi is free, and private parking on the property is available.

Are pets allowed? May I smoke?

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are unfortunately not possible. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only.
