The location

Pure Lower Rhine – on the left bank near Wesel

Wesel-Büderich lies in the middle of the wide Rhine meadow landscape. The Rhine dyke is just a few minutes' walk away – perfect for the start of a bike ride or a stroll. You can park directly in front of the house, and a bus stop is around 350 m away.

How to find us

Via the A57

Exit 6 (Alpen), turn left onto the B58 towards Wesel.
At the Grünthal traffic lights continue straight onto the bypass towards Wesel.
At the next traffic lights bear half right onto the old B58 towards Büderich.
After approx. 5 km in Büderich turn right into Rheinallee, after approx. 100 m right into „In der Stiege".

Via the A3

Exit 6 (Wesel), turn right towards Wesel (B58).
Cross the new Niederrhein bridge towards Xanten/Geldern; keep left on the bridge.
At the traffic lights turn left towards Büderich.
After approx. 4 km in the village, just after the zebra crossing turn left into Rheinallee, after approx. 100 m right into „In der Stiege".

„In der Stiege" is a very narrow street. You can park for free on our own property by the house.

How big is the apartment and how many people is it designed for?

The apartment measures 76 m² and is designed for a maximum of 2 people. It comprises a living and dining room with a garden view, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a large balcony.

Is the apartment on the ground floor? Is there a lift?

The apartment is on the first floor of our two-family house and is reached via the staircase. There is no lift.

What is available in the kitchen?

A four-zone ceramic hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher and a fridge with freezer compartment. There is also a coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker and sandwich maker.

Where can I park?

Free of charge on our own property directly by the house. The street "In der Stiege" is very narrow. A bus stop is around 350 m away.
